Bookings and Payments
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking with the final payment due 21 days before your arrival.
- Payments may be made to our Cook Islands bank account, through Western Union money transfer or by credit card through Paypal (an administration fee of 5% applies). Payments lodged to our bank account or through Western Union do not incur the administration fee. Should additional fees be deducted during the transfer, you will be notified, and the fees added to the balance payment.
- Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation and non-arrival policy apply to all bookings. Cancellations must be in writing.
- Cancellations received 42 days before arrival will incur a 15% cancellation fee of the accommodation charges.
- Cancellations received between 22 and 41 days of arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the accommodation charges. Any nights we are able to re-sell will be deducted from the cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 21 days or less from your arrival date, no shows or a reduction in the term of your stay will be charged a 100% cancellation fee of the accommodation charges.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend guests take out travel insurance to cover those unexpected circumstances.
